Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join the clinical team at Sairam Villa Nursing Home. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse looking to work in a supportive nursing home environment that prioritises high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
* Administer medications in line with policies and NMC guidelines
* Monitor residents' health conditions and respond appropriately to changes
* Supervise and support care staff during shifts
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in a nursing home setting
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Flexible to work both day and night shifts
