My client is seeking a Finance & Administration Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining their financial and administrative operations. Day-to-day of the role:
1. Sales Ledger Maintenance:
* Liaise with debtors to chase outstanding invoices.
* Handle the printing and sending of monthly statements.
* Prepare customer spreadsheets for receipt entries.
* Reconcile debtor payments received via various methods.
* Manage miscellaneous income receipts and EPDQ refunds.
* Issue miscellaneous invoices and credit notes as needed.
2. Purchase Ledger Maintenance:
3. Enter and record purchase invoices/credit notes.
4. Manage shipping invoices and input data on relevant spreadsheets.
5. Check and enter monthly expenses, including mileage records.
