Executive Head Chef – Hotel Restaurant (80–100 Covers)
We are recruiting an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead a rebranded hotel restaurant with an 80–100 cover capacity, alongside events, private dining, and hotel breakfast service.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded chef with a strong background in modern British cuisine, Western and Asian-influenced cooking, and excellent sauce and flavour development skills.
Key Focus Areas:
* Full responsibility for restaurant and breakfast
* Menu development blending British classics with Western & Asian fusion twists
* Leadership of the kitchen brigade and day-to-day operations
* Strong control of food costs, GP, stock, and wastage
* Consistent delivery during high-volume service and functions
Ideal Background:
* Executive Head Chef or Head Chef experience in a hotel or multi-outlet venue
* Confident in Asian flavours, spices, and fusion techniques
* Strong people management and commercial awareness
* Excellent understanding of UK food safety and hygiene standards
