What You Will Do
* Conduct assessments of disabled residents and their carers to identify housing adaptation needs.
* Design personalised adaptation schemes tailored to each client’s functional requirements.
* Prioritise cases to ensure value for money and timely completion.
* Manage a complex caseload independently with accuracy and professionalism.
* Work both from home and travel across Harrow to carry out thorough assessments.
* Liaise effectively with housing officers, surveyors, contractors, and Adult Social Care teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Requirements
* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Full UK driving licence for travel across Harrow.
* Experience in housing adaptations, reablement, or community occupational therapy preferred.
