The purpose of this role is to be responsible for scheduling, creating content, executing activities, tracking and measuring supplier marketing campaigns as part of the integrated plan.
You will make a significant difference to RS by ensuring that essential campaign delivery tasks are handled with precision and efficiency, contributing directly to smoother operations, and enhanced supplier relationships. By focusing on comprehensive briefing, stakeholder management internally and externally, proof of Activity (POA), and the administration in Power Apps, the role helps RS maintain accurate and timely financial records, ensuring that, suppliers are invoiced promptly, partners are paid on time and that project activities are well-documented.
In summary, this role optimises processes, which in turn improves RS's overall ability to meet commitments, strengthen supplier partnerships, and maintain operational excellence. By improving administrative processes and campaign delivery, it directly supports the company's growth and success.
What you will be doing:
1. Prepare and deliver all relevant agency briefing documents - ensuring they are complete and in accordance with the activity goals. Ensuring that activities are executed in a timely manner.
2. Collaborate with P&SM and key stakeholders across the business to ensure correct products are included in marketing campaigns.
3. Manage the briefing process internally with creative team, adhering to processes, brand guidelines and in a timely manner to ensure campaigns are on delivered on time, and in budget.
4. Following the completion of activities update the relevant Supplier POA packs with both visualisations and results of all planned activities.

1. High Organisational Skills
The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflows effectively. The role will involve coordinating with different stakeholders, managing documentation (like briefing documents and marketing plans), and ensuring processes run smoothly. Strong organisational skills help in streamlining operations, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that no task is overlooked, particularly when dealing with complex supplier activities and marketing processes.
2. Strong Literacy & Numeracy (Microsoft Office Skills)
Proficiency in literacy and numeracy means the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and to work comfortably with numbers, which is essential when preparing reports, analysing data, and managing invoicing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MOS) is critical in this role, especially in handling large amounts planning and campaign information using Power Apps, creating presentations in PowerPoint, and drafting documents or emails in Word. Being able to use Outlook to manage communication and appointments will also be essential for keeping track of tasks and deadlines.
3. Excellent Attention to Detail
Attention to detail is vital in tasks like planning, briefing, handling Proof of Activity (POA) documentation, and managing supplier marketing processes. Small mistakes can lead to costly errors, missed deadlines, or miscommunication with suppliers, so a keen eye for detail ensures that work is completed accurately and efficiently.
This skill is especially important for identifying discrepancies, catching errors in data, and ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures.
It also includes knowing how suppliers interact with the RS marketing team, the typical workflows, and how these processes contribute to business goals like sales growth, brand awareness, and supplier relationship management.
Understanding these processes ensures that you can manage and support supplier campaigns efficiently and align tasks with the overall marketing strategy.
4. Excellent Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management Skills
The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different teams and departments, such as local marketing, and finance. The role requires interacting with various stakeholders, including internal team members and external suppliers, to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management skills involve handling competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that all parties are aligned on key deliverables. Being able to influence and build relationships is crucial for success in a cross-functional environment.
5. A good understanding of current marketing trends
Able to demonstrate they understand the channels utilised within the marketing plan and are able to bring supplier product and messaging to life for the correct audience targeted.
