We’re searching for a dedicated and driven Nurse Manager (RGN or Midwife) who’s ready to take on a leadership role with real impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the nursing team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and full HFEA/CQC compliance. Deliver personalised patient care, including consultations, treatment planning, medication administration, theatre assistance, and scan support. Foster a positive, motivated team culture while supporting the continuous growth and innovation of the clinic’s services. Champion ongoing professional development, ensuring high standards across clinical practice and patient experience.What We’re Looking For: A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration. Fertility nursing experience is essential. Ultrasound scanning experience is required. Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable but not essential. You may already be a Nurse Manager or a Deputy Nurse Manager looking for your next step within leadership.
