Director of Professional Services
Location: Home based – United Kingdom / Germany
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 base
Main Responsibilities
* Providing industry‑related expertise to internal teams, implementation partners, and prospective customers
* Coaching, directing, and overseeing implementation teams and projects
* Reviewing implementation scope, execution plan, and deliverable schedules in collaboration with other senior management
* Proactively managing resource allocation
* Monitoring and escalating project and business deviations to key stakeholders
* Managing development dependencies and critical path for resolution, tracking implementation milestones and quality of deliverables
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent client‑facing skills
* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
* Solid experience in enterprise systems implementation
* Familiarity with software application implementation processes, preferably with thorough knowledge in Agile
* 15+ years of experience in IT software development project management
* 15+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise software implementation, preferably in retail or consumer products companies
