Tesco Colleague – Mold Superstore role at Tesco. Applicants join to apply for the position.
Salary: Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour; increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours policy: It is Tesco’s policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), opportunities are available and we would love to hear from you.
Availability and scheduling: Availability windows are provided for the week. We will schedule contracted hours within these times with 3 weeks notice of shifts. We support flexibility if your available times are close to, but not exactly, the advertised times.

What you will do
* Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; provide great natural service.
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about the store’s products and services.
* Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Apply training to ensure safe, effective, high-quality service.
* Make decisions that meet customer needs and deliver timely routines in-store.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understand store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and deliver profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Be yourself, promote Tesco values, and follow policies.
* Occasionally assist with deliveries into the store.
