They are now seeking a forward-thinking H&S Manager to help shape, build and embed a best-practice safety culture across the business.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take responsibility for reviewing current systems (where they exist), designing a robust H&S framework, and driving consistent implementation across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing company-wide Health & Safety policies, procedures and performance standards
Conducting site audits and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with legal and industry-specific requirements
Leading, mentoring and influencing managers at all levels to embed a positive safety culture
Providing practical, hands-on support and coaching to operational teams
Delivering training, toolbox talks and safety briefings
Managing incident investigations and implementing corrective action plans
Reporting on KPIs, trends and improvements to the senior leadership team
Acting as the subject-matter expert on all H&S matters across the organisation
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in a Health & Safety leadership role (any multisite, operational or fast-paced sector considered)
A proven track record of managing, coaching and developing teams
The confidence to challenge, influence and drive change effectively
The ability to build structure, process and governance in an environment that is evolving
NEBOSH General Certificate (as a minimum); Diploma advantageous
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
