* Educational Background: An Associate's Degree in a related field with over seven years of experience, including two years in Progressive Management.
* Call Center Experience: Preferred to enhance your impact in this role.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire your team to reach new heights.
* Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and create effective action plans.
* Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both internal and external associates.
