People Assistant– Growing Lifestyle Brand
A fast-growing lifestyle brand is seeking a proactive and people-focused People Advisor to support the Head of HR across all aspects of the people function. This is a broad generalist role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, systems-savvy and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supports the Head of HR with day-to-day People operations, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees at all levels.
2. Manages the administration of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and documentation.
3. Handles first-line HR queries from the wider business in a friendly, approachable and solutions-focused manner.
4. Owns and maintains HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
5. Works confidently with HiBob; experience using the platform is highly beneficial.
6. Assists with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers and supporting the offer process.
7. Prepares contracts, onboarding packs and ensures a smooth introduction for new starters.
