Voice-Swap is building the infrastructure for the next generation of music and voice. We enable artists, creators, and rightsholders to create and transform voices using AI – unlocking new creative workflows while ensuring ownership, attribution, and monetisation are built in from the start.
Our platform combines proprietary AI voice models with rights-aware infrastructure and verification.
We operate a hybrid B2B through D2C model: product usage by creators and users drives adoption, data, and demand, which we convert into enterprise relationships and commercial deals with rightsholders, platforms, and partners.
The Role
We’re hiring a Commercial Marketing Manager to take ownership of how marketing drives enterprise pipeline and revenue.
You’ll sit between product, marketing, and sales, turning positioning, product, and content into a qualified pipeline through clear messaging, targeted campaigns, and high-impact marketing assets. A core part of this role is understanding how to convert D2C product usage and creator activity into B2B opportunities and enterprise deals.
This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to grow into leading the marketing function over time.

Voice-Swap is a startup, so you’ll need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and helping shape how marketing contributes to revenue from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Pipeline & Revenue: build and improve an outbound-led enterprise pipeline, while also identifying and converting product-led (D2C) signals into B2B opportunities.
* Messaging & Sales Assets: turn positioning into clear outbound messaging and narratives, and create high-impact assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies, demo scripts) that support pipeline and deal progression.
* Content Direction: define what content gets made and why, and direct existing content resources.
* Targeted GTM Execution: run segment and account-specific campaigns, continuously testing and refining messaging based on pipeline performance and feedback.
* Team Coordination: manage and direct content & performance marketing, ensuring all activity is aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in B2B / enterprise marketing or GTM
* Direct experience with product-led growth and converting product usage into B2B pipeline and opportunities
* Proven ability to influence pipeline and revenue, not just leads
* Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives
* Able to create sales-ready materials from scratch
* Experience managing or directing content and/or performance marketing
* Nice to have: experience in AI, SaaS, or developer/technical products
