Job Description
* To manage the general day to day running of the Warehouses within the region
* Carry out necessary repairs of equipment to ensure it's available to be sent to site
* Ordering of stock and materials via the administration team, ensuring correct stock levels are maintained.
* Control all stock entering or leaving the Warehouses
* Maintain all restoration equipment fixed to the warehouse, this includes all washing machines, tumble dryers and dip lines.
* Checking and signing off deliveries on arrival.
* Deliver Materials and Equipment upon request from MCL and R&R
* Carry out monthly stock takes
* Management of crates within the Warehouse to ensure maximum storage utilisation
* Supervise employees carrying out the restoration process for both MCL and R&R
* Meeting with Customers, Loss Adjusters and Loss Assessors who visit the unit to inspect contents and equipment, including the preparation of all relevant paperwork.
* Manage and ensure all Quality, Management and Health and Safety requirements are met for audit purposes.
* During a surge event, assist with the deployment of equipment alongside the Operations Manager and Major Loss Project Manager
* Responsible for the control of WEEE, hazardous and general waste, including exchange of skips also ensuring waste is booked to jobs
Requirements for Role
Warehouse management experience preffered
