We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Passenger Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of passenger service, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of Travel Passenger Assistant Officers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless travel service.
* Prepare reports and assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the travel or transport sector.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in handling customer service challenges.
* Ability to work flexible hours between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm.
