HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Bury, £21.60ph PAYE - Reference: 000A E804 / 1 You will work closely with the HR & OD Business Partner to deliver high quality, comprehensive and people centred HR support throughout the change programme. Youll act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and staff, offering professional guidance on a wide range of employment matters. Strong analytical skills (ideally with job evaluation experience) and project management experience will help you play a vital role in supporting the rapidly improving department through the next chapter of a fundamental transformation. The HR & OD Advisor will provide advice and support to managers on a range of HR management issues including, but not limited to, change management and individual employee relations issues such as Discipline, Grievance Management, Poor Performance, Attendance Management and Flexible Working Applications. A key function within this role is to develop the skill and capacity of managers to enable them to manage people issues effectively and independently. The HR & OD Advisor is a member of the HR & OD Team, and the wider People and Inclusion Division, and plays a key role in supporting the review and development of workforce policies, procedures, tools, training, and quality improvement systems. The HR & OD Advisor will work with the wider People and Inclusion Division to create a high performing, inclusive culture, to continually improve service to the business, positively influencing the team and Directorates reputation within the organisation and the community. You will ideally - Have significant experience of leading and advising on change management with the ability to organise and prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment. Have experience in supporting HR related projects and delivering solutions that meet organisational needs. Have an understanding of dealing with the job evaluation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders within the allocated service areas are also essential. You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified with excellent knowledge of HR best practice and current employment legislation. This is afull time role on atemporary contract basis.
