Salary: £110 - £135.50 per day (depending on experience)

Link3 Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors with a passion and experience for Music, looking to work within Secondary schools across Northampton - inspiring students and ensuring high-quality learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.
About the Role
* As a Cover Supervisor with a background in music, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons to secondary school pupils in the absence of the class teacher
* Maintain a focused and engaging classroom environment
* Use your music experience to bring creative energy to the classroom, even outside of music lessons
* Support behaviour management and ensure school policies are followed
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in music (e.g. teaching, tutoring, performing, leading workshops)
* Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills
* A desire to work with young people and make a positive impact
* Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential - full training provided
* Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different school environments
