Office Administrator
Location: Fitzrovia, London (on-site)
Salary: £25,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00 – office based with 1 optional WFH day
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, adaptable Office Administrator to join our team at Harris & Trotter LLP.
This is a versatile, hands-on role. From supporting senior leadership to managing day-to-day office operations and onboarding clients, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across the business (including statutory filings, assisting with invoicing, covering reception etc.)
You will be part of a team where everyone is expected to take ownership, keeps things moving, and supports each other. You will need to be someone who takes pride in getting things done, maintains a professional attitude, and can stay calm and focused under pressure—even when the work is repetitive or fast-moving.

What You Will Be Doing
* Coordinating client onboarding and compliance checks including AML documentation, identity verification, and risk assessments
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and keeping statutory records up to date
* Ensuring high standards are met across all admin-related processes
* Supporting the onboarding of new employees and ensuring smooth internal workflows
* Liaising between departments, partners, and clients with professionalism
* Formatting documents and communications for both internal and external use
* Managing post, supplies, and the overall office environment
* Supporting events, social activities, and wider team initiatives
* Identifying small ways to improve day-to-day efficiency and processes

* Strong attention to detail — especially when handling documents or data
* Able to follow compliance processes carefully and work with pace and accuracy
* Versatile, adaptable working style — happy to take on a range of tasks and responsibilities
* Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
* A positive, professional attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Self-starter who works well independently but enjoys being part of a team
* Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word in particular)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous admin or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential
