German-speaking Trade/Account Marketing Lead at Reebok Europe.
Reebok Europe are looking for an Account Marketing Lead, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be the key point of contact for a specific area/territory, managing relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts across the sport and lifestyle offence. Roles and Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with European key account partners.
* Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key European accounts, aligning with overall brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.
* Campaign Development & Execution: Create seasonal plans and campaign concepts, ensuring comprehensive execution across the full marketing funnel, including digital, social, retail, and experiential activations.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive seasonal marketing initiatives, including content creation, media planning, social engagement, influencer partnerships, staff training, events, and activations.
* Collaboration & Briefing: Work closely with PR, social media, and creative teams to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content requirements, ensuring seamless integration and messaging consistency.
* Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse marketing activities, generating insights to enhance performance, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
* Budget Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining clarity, control, and financial accountability.
* Collaboration & Briefing: Work closely with PR, social media, and creative teams to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content requirements, ensuring seamless integration and messaging consistency.
* Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse marketing activities, generating insights to enhance performance, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* German speaker at business level.
* Previous background in account marketing management and/or management of online marketing brands is a plus (Zalando, About You, etc).
* Minimum of 5- years in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands.
* Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
* Strategic mind-set, end to end project management, communication and influential skills, capability to manage different campaigns for different accounts at the same time, deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, passion for products and consumers.
* Passion for sports is added value.
* Strong interpersonal skills: you will be playing a key role leading the brand plans for key accounts and connecting marketing, sales, merchandising while ensuring best in class experiences and product campaigns tailor made for each account.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
