What Were Looking For
We need a people person who happens to be a great teacher. Specifically:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*
Experience (or a deep:rooted interest) in working with ASD, SLD, or Complex Needs.

A can:do attitude youre resilient, adaptable, and ready to make a difference from day one.

The ability to collaborate closely with TAs, therapists, and parents to create a holistic support network.
