Practice Development Administrator
to join our expanding Mental Health Assessment Service, supporting ADHD pathways.

The Practice Development Administrator provides dedicated administrative and coordination support to the Practice Development Lead (PDL) in enhancing quality management within the mental health service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Practice Development Lead.
* Manage and triage inboxes, ensuring correspondence is logged, acknowledged, and allocated appropriately
* Act as an initial administrative point of contact for service users raising informal or formal concerns, ensuring enquiries are logged accurately on the Quality Management System (QMS) and forwarded appropriately to the Practice Development Lead and/or escalated to the relevant teams.
* Maintain accurate records of service user concerns, correspondence, and outcomes in line with organisational policy.
* Support the coordination of query responses to informal service user concerns.
* Assist in preparing communications and updates for service users as directed by the Practice Development Lead.
* Escalate safeguarding or clinical concerns appropriately in line with service policy and governance procedures
* Maintain quality improvement trackers, action plans, and compliance logs.
* Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping in line with data protection and organisational policies.
* Escalate concerns or risks promptly to the Practice Development Lead in line with agreed processes.
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in an administrative, governance, or quality support role within a mental health, healthcare, or related setting.
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience maintaining trackers, reports, and structured documentation.
* Confident use of Microsoft Office and/or data management systems
Essential Person Specification
* Experience in an administrative, governance, or quality support role within a mental health, healthcare, or related setting.
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
* A professional, empathetic, and resilient approach when supporting vulnerable service users
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident use of Microsoft Office and/or data management systems.
* Ability to work calmly and methodically in a high-volume environment
Desirable Person Specification
* Experience within ADHD or wider mental health services
* Passion for delivering first-class, patient-centred, safe and effective care
* Familiarity with EMIS Web, Hero Health, or similar clinical systems
* Basic understanding of clinical governance frameworks and quality standards.
* Experience supporting remote or digital service delivery environments.
