Our students benefit from small class sizes, typically 4-6 pupils, ensuring a highly personalized learning environment. The Role:
As the Deputy Headteacher, you will:
* Work closely with the Headteacher to formulate and establish the school’s aims and objectives.
* Lead in establishing policies and managing staff and resources to achieve these objectives.
* Oversee the monitoring of progress towards the school’s aims and ensure the school maintains high standards of teaching and student well-being.
* Assume the responsibilities of the Headteacher in their absence as directed by the Proprietor.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status and a Degree.
* Proven leadership and management experience within a school setting.
* Experience in school self-evaluation and development planning.
* Strong track record in staff development and line management.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
* Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to use insights to set targets and identify areas for improvement.
* Deep understanding of high-quality teaching practices with the ability to mentor others.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring others and building strong relationships.
* Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and the ethos and values of the school.
