Full Time - 30 Hours

The role:
Lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital in Cornwall. This is a key strategic role within Ramsay Health Care, ideal for a progressive leader seeking career advancement.
Responsibilities:
* Manage our ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices.
* Ensure operational performance of the decontamination service.
* Operate within a defined budget to provide efficient services without compromising quality.
* Work autonomously across all areas.
* Provide leadership to achieve operational objectives.
* Support staff wellbeing and development through effective appraisals.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Extensive management experience in decontamination.
* Recognized decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to implement change.
* Flexible approach to meet business needs.
* Management certificate or equivalent is advantageous.
