Store Manager Designate in South London
What you'll do
Support our South London region, including Brixton, Balham, Dulwich, Wandsworth, and Putney, as a Store Manager Designate, working 40 hours per week.

This role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing the branch, assisting customers, checking deliveries, picking items, stocking shelves, and maintaining store standards. It’s a dynamic environment with seasonal temperature variations, perfect for those who take pride in leading and motivating teams.
Opportunities include pursuing a Level 5 apprenticeship and management development courses to enhance your skills.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service, ensuring a positive customer experience and driving sales.
* Assist with deliveries, opening/closing the branch, stock management, and cleanliness.
* Inspire your team, fostering a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
* Develop your team through coaching and relationship-building, ensuring customer needs are met.
* Lead by example, motivate, and create an engaging work environment.
