Legal Counsel
A global client is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their in-house team, supporting international operations across contractor workforce solutions.
This role sits at the centre of a growing legal function, with a strong focus on contractor terms, terms of business across jurisdictions, and employment-related matters.
The Role
* Drafting and negotiating contractor agreements and international terms of business
* Advising on employment law and contingent workforce compliance across multiple countries
* Supporting cross-border operations and market expansion strategies
* Partnering with commercial teams to manage risk and structure compliant engagement models
* Handling disputes and providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
* Delivering guidance and training to internal stakeholders
About You
* Qualified lawyer (UK or international) with ~3+ years’ experience
* Strong commercial contracts background, ideally within recruitment/workforce solutions
* Experience with contractor models and international terms
* Solid grounding in employment law
* Confident working with stakeholders in a fast-paced, global business
* French language skills (desirable)
