Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth daily transport operations, compliance with legal and safety standards, and delivery of KPIs. Provide a reliable, customer-first service while building strong internal relationships and adapting to evolving needs. Lead and develop a high-performing team through goal-setting, coaching, appraisals, and effective performance management. Support business goals by aligning operations, driving improvements, and promoting clear communication across teams. Lead by example with a commitment to self-improvement and continuous developmentfor yourself and your team. Key Requirements: Experience in a transport environment is essential. Supervisory or team management experience (desirable). Strong knowledge of EU Drivers Hours Regulations and Road Transport Directive. Solid understanding of fleet compliance practices. Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal. Proven track record of building and leading effective teams. High attention to detail with basic IT proficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of high school / secondary education. Strong literacy and numeracy. CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) desirable.
