Key Responsibilities * Plan, deliver and assess engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs. * Create a supportive and structured learning environment. * Work closely with support staff, therapists and external agencies. * Contribute to the development and implementation of EHCPs and behaviour support plans. * Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. * Use a range of strategies including visual, sensory or communication-focused approaches as required. About You The ideal candidate will * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Have experience working with pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD or SLCN). * Be patient, creative and resilient, with a genuine passion for inclusive education. * Have strong behaviour-management and communication skills. * Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs. * Be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
