The Role

* Content Creation: Writing blog posts, newsletters, and catchy job adverts that attract the best candidates.
* Design: Using tools like Canva to create eye-catching graphics and brand collateral.
* Market Research: Keeping an eye on industry trends in the Leeds and wider UK job market.
* Campaign Support: Assisting with the execution of email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
The Person

* Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of social media analytics.
