Your Role as a Branch Manager: Lead and motivate a team of 7 to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Build lasting relationships with regular customers to increase sales .

Handle on/off hires via phone and email.

Manage invoicing, order processing, and damage reports .

Take ownership of health & safety compliance in the depot.

Keep customers informed on order status and ensure top-tier service.
