You’ll probably be ‘Mid-Career’, confident enough to do stand-up briefings and charismatic enough to deliver the pitch, lead your team and command the trust of your Directors. This isn’t for the faint hearted this role. You’ll be a true leader - not phased by much - with the ability to create conceptual, project winning ideation at its best. You’ll need all of that and at the same time be able to conduct the team that’ll deliver on promise, time and again.
Ideation, the conceptual stuff, will be at the core of your design character. It’s a talent in itself - to be a strategic thinking master of the all-important concept - the key to every perfect pitch. We’re not looking for reverse engineers we’re looking for an idea’s guru, someone able to conduct their team, identifying other’s abilities of thinking in the same way and nurturing it, and rewarding those who deliver with the affirmation they deserve – we’re not after a glory hunter! Just someone mature and professional enough to know it’s a team, not a one man show!
