Our client, a Microsoft Cloud partner, is currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Service Desk Technician to join their growing team. The 2nd Line Service Desk Technician will ideally have a background working for an MSP previously. this is a fantastic opporuntiy to support a wide range of Microsfot products!
The 2nd Line Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to a range of clients.
Key Experience for the 2nd Line Service Desk Technician
Experience in an IT Service Desk Environment
Good customer awareness, ability to manage customer expectations.
