Our Product Design team operates in a blended model. Design is part of a centralized team ensuring global consistency in product and brand identity, while designers and content specialists also work within product pods alongside Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
1. Write and structure content for web and mobile interfaces across shopping and booking journeys
2. Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers
3. Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
4. Guide travel management environment in using the right syntax
5. Ensure consistency with brand voice and content guidelines across products
6. Participate in usability testing and iterate copy based on user feedback and data
7. Contribute to content patterns and help evolve the content system
8. Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and plain language in all interfaces
What We’re Looking For:
9. Strong experience in UX writing / content design for digital products
10. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and helpful interface copy
11. Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability testing
12. Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams
13. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and content workflows
14. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices
15. Ability to defend content decisions using user insights and data
16. Excellent attention to detail and consistency
17. Background in UX, content design, communication, linguistics, design, or related field
18. 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content
19. Strong portfolio with UX writing examples and product flows
20. Fluent in English, written and spoken
