Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team, where you will oversee a portfolio of Invoice Discounting and Factoring clients. You will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while maintaining a strong focus on risk management to minimise bad debt, maximise client longevity, and drive income. Based in our Dublin office, our ideal new team member will have previous experience in client management, with solid understanding of the Invoice Finance industry. They will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of building and maintain effective working relationships with both clients and colleague, will have strong financial and credit acumen and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and control a portfolio of Invoice factoring and invoice discounting clients with funds Minimise the risk of loss through use of risk management tools and implementation of risk management procedures. Maximise client life by ensuring delivery of excellent service and implementing additional services where appropriate. Obtain and review financial information from clients and initiate appropriate actions in light of deteriorating performance or significant variances to budget. Undertake annual client reviews, and ad hoc reviews where facility changes are required. WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU ARE/HAVE: Strong experience of Client/Relationship Management, within the Invoice Finance industry Competent in understanding and interpreting financial information Risk awareness and credit skills Strong customer service focus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Relationship building skills, able to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders such as credit and sales.
