Regional Operations Manager

Main Purpose of the Role:

1. P&L Management: Own and manage the regional branch P&L and all associated costs.
2. Financial Responsibility: Take full end-to-end financial responsibility for every job within the channel.
3. Collaboration: Maintain a close working relationship with the Senior Operations Manager to review and improve the channel’s aims and objectives.
4. Project Delivery: Work closely with the delivery manager to ensure all jobs are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Pre-SOP Management: Oversee the pre-SOP process, working alongside Sales for the channel.
6. Billing: Ensure all financial billing requirements are met in a timely manner, driven by KPIs.
7. Cash Flow: Drive positive cash flow through timely invoicing of committed costs in line with business targets.
8. Job Costing: Collaborate with sales to ensure all jobs are accurately costed, designed, and documented.

10. Handle Applications / Progress Invoices
11. Oversee BAFE Process
12. Prepare Billing Forecasts
13. Maintain CIP Tracker
14. Address Cost Exceptions
15. Complete Cost to Completes
16. Conduct Design Meetings
17. Resolve Disputes
18. Perform Site-based Pre-Quote Reviews
19. Manage FSN/NSL Credits
20. Ensure Fully Costed HO = N
21. Oversee GRN / Basware
22. Conduct Investigation Meetings
23. Handle Invoicing / Y Flag
24. Review Large Jobs
25. Manage LBORD
26. Address Margin Slippage
27. Oversee O&M / Drawings
28. Own P&L for the Channel
29. Assist Sales on Site
30. Own CAP Plan
31. Manage Performance
32. Address Potential Late Credits
33. Oversee Procurement
34. Manage Program
35. Conduct Pre-SOPs
36. Handle Purchasing
37. Review Sales Pipeline
38. Manage Skills Matrix
39. Oversee Timesheets
40. Handle Variations
41. Conduct WIH Meetings

Key Results / Objectives:

42. Achieve all financial KPIs associated with the role.
43. Collaborate with the regional delivery manager to ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget.

Other Requirements:

50. A driving licence is required.
