We are currently seeking a friendly and professional individual to provide Reception Cover in Galashiels.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (with potential for extension)
Location: Galashiels
Must have an up to date PVG
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the main reception desk
* Greeting visitors and handling general enquiries (in person and over the phone)
* Organising meeting rooms
* Carrying out general administrative tasks as required
This is a temporary position, and while the exact duration is currently unknown, there may be opportunities for further roles upon completion of this contract.
