Thorp Academy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data & Exams Assistant to join our academy team. This is a vital role focused on ensuring the integrity and smooth execution of all internal and external examination procedures.
You will provide high-quality administrative support across examinations and data management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Examinations: Managing entries via Bromcom, coordinating seating plans, ensuring secure storage of papers, and overseeing the calm entry/exit of students.
* Data Management: Supporting statutory returns (Census), setting up assessment templates, and producing bespoke reports for senior leadership.
* Results & Certification: Preparing results for students and collating certificates for presentation evenings.
* Academy Support: Providing broader administrative help, including answering calls and filing, while adhering to strict GDPR and safeguarding policies.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of meeting tight deadlines to avoid late fees, and able to work innovatively within a fast-paced environment. Experience with Bromcom and JCQ regulations is highly desirable.
