Hours: 8:00am – 6:30pm (8-hour shifts within this window)
Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends, including occasional Sundays

We’re currently recruiting for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at a busy self‑storage site in Hemel Hempstead. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £36,400 per annum, plus performance‑related bonuses.
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the store, driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You’ll play a key role in delivering business performance and maintaining high standards across operations, health and safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing store operations to meet and exceed financial targets
* Leading and developing the store team
* Driving occupancy and revenue through local marketing and sales initiatives
* Delivering excellent service to new and existing customers
* Overseeing health and safety, maintenance, and housekeeping standards
* Monitoring performance, coaching team members, and completing appraisals
* Ensuring all financial and operational procedures are followed accurately
About you
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and commercial awareness, ideally with previous experience in a customer‑facing, sales or retail management role. You’ll need to be confident, organised and proactive, with the ability to motivate others and manage performance effectively.
You’ll also bring:
