Criminal Duty Solicitor 2 Years PQE Altrincham, Greater Manchester Up to £45,000 DOE Overview This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor to join a well-established, boutique law firm. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Legal Executives with at least 2 years’ experience in Criminal Law. As we are a partner led firm, we can offer opportunities for a flexible approach to working. Responsibilities Dealing with a varied caseload of matters and providing advice to a variety of clients. Attending the police station, and providing advice and advocacy in the Magistrates Court. Requirements Ideally you will be Duty qualified and have proven technical experience managing your own caseload of criminal related matters, as well as conducting your own advocacy. Ideally looking for 2 years’ experience in Criminal Law, but open to applications from all of levels of experience. Must have experience of representing clients at the Magistrates Court and the Police Station. Ideally you will be located within Greater Manchester.
