Job Description
We are currently representing a talented, award-winning architectural practice based in Kettering, actively seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team. The Project Architect will work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including Science, Commercial, and Education. The practice also occasionally works within Residential, Healthcare, and Heritage sectors. Projects typically range in value from £5m to £40m.
The successful candidate will work both as part of a team and independently, managing projects from planning stages through to completion. Our client handles multi-million-pound projects, with much of their workload coming from recommendations and repeat business, reflecting their reputation for outstanding work. The office primarily uses Revit software; knowledge of Revit is advantageous, but experience with other 3D software is acceptable as Revit training can be provided.

Job Overview
* Overseeing daily project operations
* Working across various sectors on projects valued circa £5-£40m
* Producing planning and construction drawing packages, including drawings, schedules, and specifications
* Managing the delivery of projects in collaboration with the team
* Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
* Coordinating work with external consultants and internally within the team
* Working within project teams and independently as required
Job Requirements
* ARB registered Architect
* Residing within a commutable distance of Kettering
* Ability to manage a team and oversee projects from inception to completion
* Proven design and technical detailing skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication skills
* Experience across multiple sectors is advantageous
* Knowledge of Revit or other 3D BIM software such as ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
