Role: Fire and Security Engineer
Location: Coleshill
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + D2D + VAN
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
My client, a nationally renowned Security and Communications Company that specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems and manufacture specialist equipment is looking for a technically skilled Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join a growing team in the Coleshill area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who is eager to expand their knowledge across fire and security systems, including Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Networking.
Key Responsibilities in your new Fire and Security Engineer role
The service and maintenance of Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms and networking
Provide occasional support with the commissioning of systems, when required
Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, and job reports, using the Company’s service management system
Deliver outstanding premium service to customers at all times
Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices
What you’ll need in your new Fire and Security Engineer role
Be able to demonstrate a good technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, High End CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems
Knowledge of networking and PABX systems would be an advantage
Gent approved engineer status is desirable (training provided if not certified)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of the relevant systems
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service
Full UK Driving Licence
