Description
Lap Of Lights is a unique festive event, giving attendees the opportunity to drive their car on the British Grand Prix racing circuit with a festive section of the track transformed into a light and laser spectacle. Customers will be led around the track at 5mph by illuminated pace cars whilst enjoying a light and laser show at various points on their way around. In addition to the lap, there is the opportunity to visit The Wing garages where there will be an Ice Trak, food and beverage for pre or post lap refuelling and Santa’s Garage.
Job Purpose
The Christmas Elves are responsible for bringing festive cheer to the thousands of visitors who attend Lap of Lights. Working as part of a high-energy entertainment team, you\'ll help create a joyful atmosphere by interacting with guests, assisting Santa, guiding families through festive attractions, and ensuring everyone has a safe, memorable experience.
Shift Times: 13:00 (1:00 PM) to 20:15 (8:15 PM)
Shift Requirements
* Be ready for the 14:00 (2:00 PM) opening.
* Shifts run Dec 11th - Dec 24th.
* Mandatory: Must attend on Dec 11th.

Key Responsibilities
The Christmas Elves are responsible for helping to create a magical experience for families throughout the Lap of Lights experience and other festive attractions. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Greet and engage with guests in a fun, festive manner.
* Assist with Santa’s Garage and other themed areas.
* Provide information and directions to visitors.
* Help manage queues and crowd flow.
* Escalating any challenges or issues to the Event Operations Manager and/ or Santa’s Garage Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Enthusiastic, friendly and great with children.
* Comfortable in costume and performing in character.
* Comfortable working outside during winter months.
* Available evenings, weekends and over the festive period.
* Previous customer service and performance experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Comfortable working close to strobe lighting.
