SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Consultant (CATS)
UK – Mostly Remote with very occasional travel to the UK offices. 6‑month contract paying between £700 – £773 per day inside IR35. BPSS and SC clearance required.
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of SAP Time Tracking and Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations end‑to‑end.
* Design Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) frameworks and global templates.
* Configure Time Valuations, Time Types, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars and Time Accounts.
* Integrate Time Tracking with Employee Central, Payroll (ECP) and third‑party systems.
* Facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications and documentation.
Requirements
* Strong SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / SAP HR Time Management experience.
* Knowledge of CTR frameworks and payroll integration.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
