About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be:
* Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Supporting pupils in line with school policies and expectations.
* Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
This position is long-term, offering consistent work and the chance to build strong relationships with both staff and students.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role.
* Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A positive attitude and professional approach to working in education.
* Hold (or be willing to apply for) a valid DBS on the Update Service.
