What You’ll Do
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line 24/7 Support, offering expert support to operational and production teams for content and production processing systems, troubleshooting issues and providing timely incident resolution.
* Monitor & Maintain System Health, continuously monitoring performance and health of production systems, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact operations.
* Incident and Change Communication, providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders and system users regarding incidents and system changes.
* Collaboration, working closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance workflows and bring new projects into support.
* Enhance Monitoring Tools, collaborating to develop monitoring solutions, ensuring critical systems are monitored and issues are detected early.
* Documentation & Reporting, keeping accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and ongoing issues, and creating reports for internal teams.
What You’ll Bring

* Availability for 24/7 support, including nights, weekends and holidays.

* Technical expertise in broadcast systems – understanding of MAM systems, production workflows and broadcast infrastructure, both on‑prem and cloud‑based.
How You’ll Work
On‑site in a 24/7 shift environment, working nights, weekends and holidays. 5‑4 days on and off:
* Early shift : 7 am – 7 pm
* Mid shift : 10 am – 10 pm
* Night shift : 7 pm – 7 am
