Essential requirements Experience and passion for working with children, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Working with children check (WWC) Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012) Ability to follow safeguarding priorities Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks to get things done efficiently Commitment to Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework.
