A respected regional firm with an outstanding reputation in employment law is looking to expand its growing team with a dedicated Employment Solicitor. With a mix of contentious and non-contentious work and a strong commitment to development and mentoring.

The role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting employer clients across a varied caseload, including:
• Advising on tribunal claims, TUPE, redundancies, and settlement agreements
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies
• Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Instructing counsel and drafting tribunal documents
• Getting involved in business development, seminars, and article writing
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s future growth
What they’re looking for:
• A qualified solicitor with around 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law
• Someone who enjoys both the advisory and litigious sides of employment law
• A collaborative, approachable personality
• Someone excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a developing department
