Salary: £48,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in administering and configuring Microsoft Teams within an enterprise environment. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and management tasks. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, and SBC configurations. Experience integrating Microsoft Teams with telephony systems (SIP Trunking, PBX, Operator Connect, Calling Plans, etc.). Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Teams, including policy management, governance, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Teams administration and optimize operational efficiencies. Implement and manage Microsoft Teams Phone System (Telephony), Direct Routing, and Operator Connect. Integrate Microsoft Teams with third-party applications and ensure seamless interoperability. Monitor Teams performance, security, and compliance, implementing best practices for governance and data retention. Assist in incident management and problem resolution related to Teams and M365 services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and support end-users on Teams features and best practices.
