I am currently working with a client who is hiring for a Commercial Catering Equipment Engineer covering the Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire area.

The Role
This is a field-based position working across a varied client base including hospitality, education, healthcare and commercial kitchen environments. The role will involve the service, maintenance, installation and repair of commercial catering equipment. Engineers from a domestic background are welcomed, as full commercial training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- a range of commercial catering equipment (gas and electrical).
- Install and commission new equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service on site.
- Cover the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire region.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a commercial or domestic appliance engineer.
- Strong fault-finding skills (gas and/or electrical).
- Willingness to train into commercial catering equipment if from a domestic background.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage workload.
Package
- Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
