About the Role of Clinical Deputy Manager: As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will take a leading role in the management and delivery of high-quality care for residents with a range of complex needs. You'll support the wider nursing and care teams in maintaining clinical excellence, ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines and regulatory standards.
