What you’ll do at work
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
* Answer phone calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate person or department
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases
* Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations
* Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organise appointments
* Support internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks
* Handle incoming and outgoing post
* Assist with office organisation and ensure administrative processes run smoothly
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in:
* English – Grade 9–4 (A*–C / Level 2)
* Maths – Grade 9–4 (A*–C / Level 2)
