Skills and Qualifications:
* You will be a qualified Nurse with a strong clinical background and proven home manager track record.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to lead and motivate a team, working with the Deputy Manager to create a positive working environment.
Essential for the role:
* A clinical background as a registered nurse.

* Proven track record of care home performance improvement.
* You’ll be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations, using your initiative to make effective decisions to improve care quality.
As the Home Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the provision of a safe, caring, responsive, and effective service for our clients in their home. Ensure delivery of the highest possible care standards, fully compliant with all CQC statutory regulations, while achieving your operational and quality assurance KPIs.
